The housekeeping team - Ishag, Tarig, and Pathum - did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and were always so friendly. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!”

The hotel is very nicely located, most interesting sites are available in the vicinity while this is still a relaxed neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and well-kept, necessary items were always provided and room cleaning staff was quick and made up our rooms perfectly (kudos to Kawsar). I wouldn't usually write about this but I have to emphasize this time that the staff well exceeded all expectations, they were all very friendly, kind and helpful with any requests we have, made our stay very pleasant. The pool and breakfast were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I really liked the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel building is new and impressively better than the photos on Booking. The staff—Raghda, Abdelaal, Abraam, Balram, and Rekha—were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail made a significant difference in our stay. The manager, Mustafa, was always prompt and attentive, addressing our requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. It truly offers a wonderful experience!
