You can communicate with them in person or via WhatsApp. The apartment was big, very clean and equipped with new appliances. The apartment offers plenty of privacy. The host lives on the ground floor and has separate entrance. There is safe parking on the property. There is a grocery store and few restaurants in the village within the walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a good quiet location but very close to lots of bars and restaurants in Gramsh which is a lovely little town. The apartment was amazing had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, there was lots of room and a nice little balcony. There was parking available and a lift in the building. The owner was lovely he met us and bought us a drink before showing us to the flat and gave us lots of good tips, so nice and helpful. Also the tap water is drinkable and actually very nice. Gramsh is a lovely town and well worth a visit!

It’s 20 minutes walk to the town center. This is fine for me because I enjoy walking. It’s easy to get groceries and there is a very good supermarket nearby. The host is a warm and friendly gentleman. He drove me to the bus station on the last day when I checked out. I am so grateful for his kindness. Highly recommend this place to any travelers.
