We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Manuela's apartment is well-located to use it as a starting point to travel the country. It is surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains. Apartment is not that far from main Austrian cities (Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck) and most interesting villages (Hallstatt, Zell am see, Kitzbuhel), as well. As for the inside - the view is breathtaking (especially during the sunrise). It is clean, warm, and very-well equipped (especially kitchen). The bed is very comfortable. We also much appreciated kindness and responsiveness of the host :) My best stay in Austria so far, 10/10.
