The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! The apartment also had an ironing board and an iron, which came in handy. In the bathroom, there was a washing machine with detergent. The room was so spacious!! They provide free unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was amazing. Overall a great experience with very nice staff expect for one girl at the reception who was really rude. Lastly the bed was really soft and comfy and the kitchen really nice with a washing machine.
