The location was perfect for what we needed. We were walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. We only used our car to visit the penguin parade. The sunsets were so beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather which made our stay even more magical. It was a well spend $500 a day for the five of us. During daytime there were lots of people around which contributed to the holiday feeling. By night time all the cars were gone and it was very quiet. Sheep were friendly. Instructions were clear. Very spacious, comfortable beds, would happily stay again. Close to Penguin Parade.

It is an 8-minute drive from Koala Conservation Centre and a 10-minute drive from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Very lovely place, comfortable, clean and with all the equipment necessary to spend an amazing stay in Phillip Island! We enjoyed a lot our stay and fully recommend it for a long weekend or holidays. Thanks for the recommendations too about the activities to do on the island.
