Our check in was a breeze and Ivana was very helpful with our check in and then with suggesting some different tours that we ended up doing in Cairns. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. All apartments come with full kitchen facilities and many also have sea views.

Free bikes are provided for guests to explore both the beach and village. When heading to the beach, the resort provides complimentary towels, umbrellas, ice boxes and chairs. We had a really good stay, unfortunately only for one night. Was so good to walk into a bright airy clean room, with everything you need for a lovely break by the sea. Even had a balcony with a view. Just what we needed. After staying at several not so good places. Thank you ladies. Anyone looking to book, you won’t go wrong!

The apartment was extremely clean and well kitted out, a testament to the staff who were also helpful. Having direct access to the pool itself from our courtyard is a fantastic feature. The sauna on site was also clean and a great touch and my partner loved the large spa bath in our room. Also great proximity to numerous restaurants and cafes. Thanks team!!

Guests enjoy garden and terrace areas, ensuring a relaxing stay. It was so clean and well maintained 😊 I loved the location, walking distance to shops , beach , cafes . It had insect screens on windows which meant that you could leave windows open to let fresh air through , allowing it to remain cool

It’s was absolutely beautiful waking up to the sound of the waves crashing along the shoreline, very relaxing and calming.
