The facility is perfectly clean. The whole staff is super nice and willing to help you when in need. You can take a hot water shower whenever you want. Although the hotel is a bit far from the downtown, anyone available at the moment will give you a ride back and forth. If you are too lazy to wait for their response, you can still walk (appx. 20 min by walk). You can order delivery for dinner, and feel free to use the dining place with plates and silverware. Heating system automatically runs after 5pm, so you don’t need to worry about getting cold. People are nice, and the place is cozy and clean. No more comment needed.

We were very pleased with our private room - excellent hot shower, plenty of blankets, plug sockets on both sides of the bed and even a little table and chairs which we appreciated. The staff were very helpful.We were able to leave our big backpacks in the luggage storage (which seemed very secure) for a small fee while we went on a salt flats tour. When we returned and had a few hours to wait for our overnight bus we could wait in the hostel and use the showers and common areas (it is 20 bolivianos per person for this service but we definitely felt it was worth it!)

They have a central heating system with radiators in the room that are hot from 6pm until 10pm and from 6am until mid-morning. The bed was super comfortable with thick blankets. The combination of these two things made it a lot more cosy and warm. The staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town. My stay included breakfast, with tasty local fresh bread, jam, and scrambled eggs. I was very pleased to stay here and strongly recommend it. The WiFi is also good throughout the property, and I was able to stream HD video.

Within 5 or 10 minutes of everything from the bus station to markets, restaurants. It's only a 40 minute walk from the airport, for those who don't mind a walk. The hostel is clean, comfortable. Filtered water always available, they also stored our bags for us for free when we were out in the salt flats for a few days. Nice place, I would come back again if I return to this area.
