The checkin process was smooth and easy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city hall. Great connections with different trams and the free Basel card that we received from the hotel made our life so much easier. Our room/studio was spotless, with super comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. There was even washing machines and dryers that we could use for FREE! If we’re ever back im Basel, I’ll make sure we book here again.

Although we were sharing a bathroom with another room, we had no problem at all, we barely even saw a person from another room. The place is right next to the public stop and you get it for free with the stay. The neighborhood was charming, we felt like we were locals :)
