The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. The apartment was fantastic, and the location was perfect for us. Our host was in constant contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Checking in and out was so easy as our host provided instructions and photographs. We will 100% choose to stay here again.

Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.

We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.

The place was exactly as described: very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The host was responsive and helpful throughout.
