Location was great and it was so easy to check in, even after staff hours. Laundry machine availability was also a big hit for us who were in the middle of our journey. Staff was easy to communicate with and were wonderful with their responses. The room itself seemed to be a bit outdated but the very restful and comfortable bed overshadowed it. Thank you KoBi!

The hotel has a wonderful spa with a pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and comfortable sun loungers outside. Every little detail has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was excellent – a combination of a buffet and freshly prepared dishes, with plenty of healthy options available. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the cable car station, so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The staff is very friendly, positive, and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Great place, very clean. The hostess was awesome. The location was in a housing colony, little away. Tain station at 8 mins, Lucerne Central Station 15 mins by car and 8 minutes by rail.

Location was great, in the old town, but not too far in away from the main car park. The rooms were spotless and the decor was nice. There were pleanty of dining options in the area and we walked to all places nearby.

The property was very clean and had updated appliances. No bad smell. The beds were comfortable. It sits in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. The host was very kind and gave us valuable information for our very brief 2-day stay for sightseeing. In those 2 days we were able to see everything we needed to see on our own : Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Matterhorn. We would have spent almost $3000 on the tour agencies (as we have originally planned) had the host/owner not give us great information based on his personal knowledge and experience.

I cannot thank him enough to take initiative to make sure my parents arrived safely. My family had a great time staying at his place. The location is convenient and central to everything.

Incredible views of the lake and the mountains! Being able to see the sunrise was the highlight of our stay in Lucerne (from either/boththe living room and the roof terrace). This penthouse property was very spacious, tidy and clean. Big TVs in each room were highly appreciated. James B was really professional, attentive and made our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - for which we are very grateful.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Only 10 minutes walk into Lucerne. Great kitchen and enormous bathroom. Owner was helpful with a few issues and fixed them promptly. Lovely furnishings.
