Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Nice rooms, very quiet and cozy. Comfy beds, very good cotton linen. Warm lobby with good sofas and a fireplace. Very nice staff, the host Juan is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is really good and starts very early, great for those who plans to catch a morning bus to Torres del Paine.

Very cozy acommodation with the cute gatito as a bonus. Felipe was very kind and helpful (thanks again for the help). Breakfast was also rich enough which isn’t a guaranteed thing in South America. I would’t mind staying longer but I had time only for one night.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. He even let us check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later as well. Location is 2 mins away from the bus station, so if you are planning to do your Torres del Paine trekking and need to walk with a backpack, location is perfect! Also not far from the center, which was around 10-15 min walk.

The house was very clean and organized, the structure is excellent, and the view from the house is perfect! Everything was great! And Javier was very attentive, welcoming us and always thoughtful.

Great communication and care by the lady running this. Apartments are new and good. Close to both the centre and the bus station. Quiet and no noise from the neighbours (we were on the second floor). You can store luggage there while trekking in TDP. There is a washing machine in case you have laundry to do after the trek (who doesn't :)). Price is super reasonable considering how new it is. I would book this again and recommend it. Thanks for having us super last minute due to another location (El Establo) messing up.

It was our fifth apartment stay in Patagonia region and it’s the best . Clean and warm apartment with 2 baths , goood location , secure parking and the staff were very accommodating. Wish we cud stay longer . They allowed us to check in a day later becoz one of us needed medical treatment and had to reschedule. Thanks very much !!!
