The building is newly renovated and spacious, the place is clean, and the pool is perfect for the heat. The apartments face a common area which is pretty, but you may hear other people staying there. But overall, was amazing.

This is a really cool place. It is what I imagine a Coachella or Burning Man campground to look like (in a good way). While the accommodations are on the natural and rustic side, there are thoughtful touches and art everywhere. You could tell Max (the host) put a lot of care into his place. During the day, there's a lot of sun and great views of the hills and countryside. During the night, excellent, unobstructed views of the stars. Great place to disconnect. Most importantly, the host (Max) is super kind and helpful. He offered to drive me around the Valley to see the sights, go to town to run errands, and even drive me the airport in La Serena an hour away. All around great guy - better service than a 5 star resort, I would come back just for him.

A truly stunning cabana in an outstandingly beautiful area. The cabana is literally built into the side of the valley and the views from the terrace are incredible. The cabana itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with an excellent hot water supply. The little pool was a very welcome addition after the heat of the day and before admiring the millions of stars in the night sky. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk into Pisco Elqui town. A word too about the host - he is incredibly kind and helpful and his daughter even made us some delicious alfajores. If you are heading to this area then this cabana is very highly recommended.

Genuinely friendly, welcoming, passionate hosts. Excellent, breakfast served by an outstandingly courteous lady. The container-rooms are immaculately clean and nicely decorated. They however provide very limited space (not suited for large or claustrophobic people). You need to use your own Wifi.

Located in Vicuña, Hostal El Colibri offers accommodation with free WiFi in all common areas. This property features a terrace with garden views. Richard and his staff make you feel like family. I would not consider going anywhere else in Vicuña. Terrific room, breakfast and wonderful host! Really relaxing backyard and all the amenities you need. A perfect stay.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, free continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi, Refugio Misterios de Elqui is located in Pisco Elqui. The stars talk and the stars observation in the ibservatory were very good. Breakfast in the room was great with good selection. The terrace was a restful and great place for reading and relaxing.
