It felt like a homestay with home cooked breakfast. The breakfast was sumptuous, and had this very homestyle feel. The location is just six minutes away from the Gubei Watertown and Simatai Great Wall. I wanted to see the Great Wall at night so I chose to stay here. The owner drove me to Gubei Watertown and back to the hotel so transportation was fine and good. Wifi was fine and the bed was huge. Again, the owners were so kind and friendly. I felt like a VIP.

It is in such a perfect area if your goal is the Great Wall. Quiet and so cute. I was the only one there so it was about but I can’t wait to go back. She offers meals so that takes out the hassle of where you’re going to eat. It’s really good food. Bring cash to pay if you don’t have any of the payment apps that are used all over Beijing. This is a must stay.
