The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the mall and conveniences of the area. The hotel facilities are top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the breakfast selection. There were fair choices available, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. It was a great way to start my day! What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the exceptional staff. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. Special shoutout to Jojo and Zoey, whose helpfulness made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Their warm and accommodating demeanor made all the difference. I highly recommend Frazer Suite hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with great service. It truly exceeded my expectation!

The hotel is in a great location for access to the rail network and is just across the road from a great shopping mall much to the delight of my family. The room was serviced and made up daily and the sheets changed every 3rd day, had a washing machine and balcony airing rack, the gym, pool, sauna and spa were amazing and everything was clean. The food was fantastic and the restaurant had a great vibe first thing in the morning.
