The food was delicious and the views unbeatable. Definitely has potential to be the highlight of any China trip.

Loved this little "inn" on the pedestrian walkway right outside numerous restaurants and souvenir shops and people watching galore. Hard to find so enquire with owner before arriving as your taxi can't drive you to door. Hotel is everything one would want with a comfortable bed/linens, free water, cleanliness a priority, view spectacular and friendly staff who were so helpful and even spoke English for extra understanding. I loved this place for the cost it was super. Stayed only 3 nights but would love to go back for more. Location was perfect for tours and walking to river for cruises. Don't miss the handmade yogurt shop two doors down for the best fresh fruit/yogurt with nuts you'll ever try. And Rosewood Cafe for some international food which like me you might be craving is you are a foreigner and tired of oily veggies and rice!

The hostel manager is really helpful, she explained what to do or not to do and arranged us the best way to explore the region, including booking day transport. The kindest host on my travels in years !

Baike Boutique Hotel is located in Longji Rice Terraces and offers a restaurant. Most of its rooms offer priavte balcony with stunning terrace views. Very nice hotel with a view of the rice fields, very large and comfortable room. We had a lovely breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly, especially Jason, who was incredibly helpful (and speaks excellent English!)

I would highly recommend, we stayed for a week in the 2 bedroom suite and had a fabulous time., the location is very peaceful and the swimming pool is great. The staff were so kind and caring, especially as my daughter was unwell, and they went to great lengths to assist and make our stay very special. Jenny and Lin in particular (as well as the other lady on reception, I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!) planned many activities for us. We booked all our transport and activities through them (ATV, canyoneering, dumpling making, calligraphy, bamboo rafting, traditional chinese fan painting, cormorant fishing, trip to PingAn - we did it all). Highly recommend!

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved the location, such a beautiful place. The family suite was great for the 5 of us, and being able to take bikes around was great. The food was excellent, and we can't wait to stay again one day!

Set on the banks of Dragon River, Yangshuo Tea Cozy--one way Free pick up from airport or TS 4 nights is surrounded by the breathtaking Karst peaks and large expanses of paddy fields. I loved that this hotel was smack in the middle of the beautiful karst scenery. The hotel had bikes available to rent and provided a wonderful biking route to see lush greenery, flowers, the Yulong river, ancient Chinese bridges and even a little village from the Ming era. The hotel staff was so helpful and warm. The on site restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinners. Highly recommend staying here!

Charming facilities at a beautiful location, nicely renovated and with a view on Moon hill. Extremely friendly and kind personnel, especially Gloria and Rita provided a lot of practical support in organizing local trips and ensuring a wonderful stay. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, serving Chinese and Italian food. They offer different breakfast options, all very good.
