Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road... Excellent choice in the heart of the city. Location is superb (walk down Nanjing Shopping St, walk to the Bund etc). Staff friendly and competent (we only interacted on checking in and out, both times they spoke English and everything was seamless). It was much larger than I expected, very quiet on our floor (10th). We were there for five days, studio unit. It was kept very clean with daily housekeeping, bed was comfy, bathroom spotless, room had everything needed. Didn’t get to try breakfast as we were jet-lagged and kept sleeping in. Would definitely stay again, an excellent value option. Used DiDi to get around city and they picked up from street in front of hotel easily. Nice little Family Mart on same block with essentials. Hotel has drop off spot in foyer for food delivery, and unit has basic kitchenette if you want to cook. Couple small malls on next block had great restaurants on ground floor for easy breakfast/lunch/dinner options.

Lily was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She really helped me out with different matters. She came to pick me up from the subway. Her pre departure information was very precise and helpful. The apartment is bright and feels cozy. There is a washing machine and a dryer. The area feels comfortable with many shops and restaurants. Just about a 10 minute walk away from the subway station. The residential complex has some local flair. Drinking water was provided. Above all, Lily deserves 5 stars for being so helpful. Xiexie 🙏🏻

Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Went above and beyond. Thank you Lily
