As this was my first time in China, I was unaware that everything is paid for using WeChat or cash - very few places have card facilities. I arrived at the hotel exhausted from a long flight and jumped in a taxi to the hotel. As I had not had time to find an ATM, and taxis do not accept cards, I was in a quandary. Fortunately, the host of the hotel came out and paid the taxi driver using her personal WeChat account, got me settled in my room, and pointed me in the direction of an ATM. The host's English was very limited, but we managed to communicate well through Google translate. The room was spotless and had everything I need for a comfortable stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel - I give it 5 stars!

I liked the facilities. We had a kitchenette which we didn’t make use of but which was very nice nonetheless. The best part was checking out. We were startled to meet Shaun, who is not Chinese, on staff. His English was perfect and talking to him was nice. Her assisted us to load our bags into a Didi and negotiated with her when she resisted taking our suitcases.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment upon arrival 🥰 Location is awesome. A nice halal chinese noodle shop is just across. Very accessible. Staff was very helpful 🌟 very patient in communicating using translations apps. My husband left his camera in the taxi and luckily we managed to trace back the taxi driver. The staff was so kind to help us call the taxi centre to get driver’s info and he made the arrangements with the driver to send the camera to the hotel. And we got ot back!

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from a 2 bedroom booking to accommodate our family of 4. The apartment was huge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a must if you stay here. The staff spoke english well and the reception is open 24/7. The location was a 5 minute walk to Seaworld area where there is a night market and plenty of food and shops. Its extremely safe and such a lovely area to walk around.
