The host was warm welcoming, kind and very helpful. We arrived early and were offered breakfast immediately, the next day we left early and a breakfast box was prepared for us. Spacious room, we even got an upgrade for free to a room with a private bathroom. Good WiFi, well equipped shared kitchen and only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and metro station. Felipe is very friendly and gives great advice about the city. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We spent 3 weeks in Colombia and this was our most memorable accommodation. The area is remote and absolutely stunning. The whole experience including the boat ride to the cabin will be guaranteed something you will talk about for a very long time. The cabin is beautiful, new and equipped with everything you need. We very much enjoyed the kayak and paddle board and jacuzzi! They supplied wood for a fire on the deck in the evening. They even accommodated me when I asked if someone could deliver me beer! I cannot say enough good things. We were 3 adults and 2 young children (7 and 11) from Canada.

We were arriving late and the host picked us up from the airport and also drove us back to the airport early in the morning, for a very reasonable fee. He was very attentive to us and what we needed even though it was a very short, but much appreciated stay!

We had an awesome stay at Gretel Chalets Suizos. The view from the chalet is incredible, the bed is comfortable, the wifi works properly, the living room is spacy and has all the mood lighting and amenities, and the reception was always responsive to our needs.

Nora and Scott were such wonderful hosts, extremely attentive and responsive! So kind 🙏🏽 I highly recommend this stay!!
