We loved that we had everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, A/C, mosquito nets, warm water, drinking water It was quiet and off the main road. Building were new and very clean. Could walk to the beach and Roland’s Bar. Host Cesar was amazing and helped us in so many ways we can’t even list them.

Keeping in mind that the welcome they are providing is happening at the far edge of services and infrastructure in an area that was devistated by hurricane just a few years ago will sharpen your appreciation of just how much Dany, Micheli and their extended families are doing to share their community and lives with you. The facilities, location and value were exactly what we were hoping for and matched our expectations perfectly.

Facilities were great with a kitchen, hot water, and pool a water cooler for drinking in the reception area. Lyndon was friendly and very helpful.

We liked everything about this place. The location next to the beach, the little terrace with seaview and we enjoyed all the help from the host/family who is living next door. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Location is perfect since there is also a supermarket and some restaurants within 5min walking.

We visited with our family with 3 kids. We had a house with 3 bedrooms and two toilets. It had a yard also so it was very comfortable and private. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts are amazing and welcoming! They brought us coconuts and papaya from their yard. There are rescue turtles in their yard, a friendly dog and many many lizards ! Also saw some iguanas. Very nice place and people.

Keep in mind that, like many places on the island, there is no running hot water. Breakfast is simple yet enjoyable, and you’ll appreciate the water dispenser on-site. The friendly staff, along with the welcoming local community, add to the overall laid-back vibe of the island. Even though the posada isn’t beachfront, the beach isn’t far off at all. You can easily rent a scooter, grab a taxi, or opt for the cheaper tuk tuk to explore the island, with South West beach being a personal favorite. Overall, I would definitely recommend this delightful spot for anyone looking to experience a chill and authentic island escape.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a minimarket for guests. Everything. Daily cleanings, the accommodations were very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and there was AC in the room. Hang out areas and hammocks. They have a nice kitchen and a large freezer where I was able to keep some of my fish. The location is next to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Lots of options for food and groceries close by. And they rent mopeds for a good rate. Adri and her husband are very nice kind people who made my stay exceptional.
