For starters, the property has a decent size rainforest in their "backyard". We took advantage of that and saw a variety of birds including toucans, howler monkeys, various coloured frogs, a wide variety of plants and flowers. They also host a guided tour for free and we took full advantage of that. In addition, the staff always went out of the way to make us comfortable. The place is located about 20-30 mins from the various La Fortuna attractions, so we were able to cover a few of these every day. The wifi was of good quality. The hot water in the shower was good. Rooms are spacious and comes with a kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cutlery etc. There was coffee, sugar, oil and salt available as a complement. There was also parking available for our car.

Spacious rooms and a small private garden. Coffee maker in the room with good coffee (always a bonus). We even had a volcano view! There is a very nice and clean shared kitchen. Super friendly staff. Good location, walking distance from the centre of La Fortuna. I would definitely stay here again!

The property in La Fortuna was absolutely the perfect fit for me and my son. We had two spacious rooms with a fantastic bathroom and a (rain shower head). The property was located in the center of La Fortuna - walkable, safe and convenient. Our host, Maikol, could not be more helpful, he even assisted in getting us tours and making sure that everything in the apartment was to our liking.
