Small family run property set beside the river and amongst beautiful trees. The pool is small but the perfect temperature and surrounded by beautiful flowers. The garden is gorgeous and alive with beautiful butterflies and birds. We actually saw a sloth in one of the large trees on the property. Carlos, the owner, is very gregarious and ready and willing to help with anything you might need. The whole family goes out of their way to ensure your holiday is fun filled and problem free.

The property is really beautifully designed, and the addition of the shared outside space is a real bonus - even though we didn't get to use it to its maximum because of the rain, it would have been a game changer in better weather. David and Escarlett are very attentive hosts, and they were present and available to support with whatever was needed, such as recommendations and extra towels, even looking after our belongings when we arrived far ahead of schedule and keeping us up to speed about when the room would be ready. The room itself was great, with everything we needed for our short stay, but we would have managed a much longer stay with the facilities, with a fully equipped kitchen and storage space. Location wise, we were a 5 minute drive from any of the beaches in Bahia Uvita and 2 minutes away from an amazing breakfast recommendation, Que Tuanis. We would definitely return if we would ever be in Uvita again

Location is excellent, just a block from the beach and walking distance to markets and fantastic beach front restaurant. House is immaculately clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms have AC for a restful sleep. Was great to have indoor parking. The garden is amazing and the pool outstanding. The host is best of the best: I made the reservation early on the same day and she let us in earlier as soon as cleaning was done. Communication and instructions were timely and clear. The pool is beautiful and the house has everything that you need for a more than comfortable stay. We watched the sun set each night and we were gently wakened as it rose the next morning.
