The room is well laid out which gives an impression of space, the view with the large window bay was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries of high quality. Check-in was easy with no key and no need to talk to anybody. Service was fast and reliable, all through WhatsApp. The wifi was stable and high speed. They provided me additional towels upon request. The neighbourhood is super lively and the room was quiet at the same time. Room has everything you need (coffee machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, AC...) The price was very reasonable for the quality of the service / room and there were always ubers available quickly in the vicinity. The building is moder and the features of high standard. Highly recommend. Perfect if you don't want to pay a hotel or for a business stay (I checked out of the hotel to come here, and am very happy I did).

Located in central San Jose, Hotel Casa 69 offers a garden patio, free Wi-Fi in public areas and individually decorated rooms with cable TV. The National Museum is just a 10-minute walk away. A very good location (away from the noise of the city centre, but close enough to get there by foot) with a few excellent bars and restarurants neatby. The hotel is in fact an art gallery and it's quite unique

This was the perfect stay if you want to see quetzal. We saw 8 of them over 2 mornings! The owner Luis and his family are very nice. The casita was perfectly comfortable for 2-4 people and even had hot water in the shower! Overall we loved this place and will look forward to staying again someday!
