Due to the delay of the boat from Boa Vista I arrived really late (2AM), but still the host was waiting at the door so I could check in efficiently and without trouble. Everything was very clean, I can recommend it ! Also the price was very fair compared to other options.

A clean, well-equipped apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay in Espargos. It's located in a residential area in front of the school, so it's quiet at night. Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

I loved this apartment and with I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, arranging everything for me and even taking the time to walk me to the colectivo station so I could get a cheaper ride back to the airport than possible with a taxi. The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

The villa is very comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities you need for self catering. We particularly appreciated the inclusion of a washing machine as the local laundry costs can be quite expensive. The host was very flexible and went above and beyond helping with any help we needed. All in all, thoroughly recommended.
