For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

A clean, well-equipped apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay in Espargos. It's located in a residential area in front of the school, so it's quiet at night. Since we walked from the airport, it was a perfect location for us (on the street into town). Blackout curtains help keep out the morning light. There's a kitchenette with enough utensils to cook a simple meal. An air conditioner worked well and came in handy during a sandstorm.

Excellent excellent excellent!!!! Extremely clean, super big rooms, very comfortable, great location. Has everything you need! The owners are a gem!!! Dila organized for us a tour of the island and she let us do a late check out, which was super convenient because we were flying from Sal at 7 pm, so we could enjoy the beach and then take a shower. I strongly recommend staying here, especially if you’re not a fan of resorts like me but still want to be in a great accommodation. I only have good things to say about this place. You’ll love it! I like the place because was an apartment and I was able to cook if I didn’t want go into a restaurant. I think this was making the difference.

Very nice welcome from the airport to the hotel. Great location in the heart of Santa Maria, close to the beach and lots of restaurants in the area. Room was spacious, balcony looked out into the sea and you have everything you need. Recommended 100%! Thank you so much.

Fantastic. I can recomend to everybody. Swimming pool two steps, Beach and ocean four steps. Main street with hundreds of restaurants six steps ;-). Diving center and pier ten steps. Qiute good equpiped kitchen, comfortable bed, air-condition, nice terrace. A very helpful host, he provided advice on activities on site. On the last day we had a midnight flight. We could stay in the apartment without additional charges until the evening. What's more, he organized transport from the airport to the apartment (we arrived at midnight, the driver was waiting for us). Thank you for everything Stan (Stijn)
