The location was perfect for my families' day-to-day excursions. Everyone was happy with the rooms and the facility itself. We ate two meals in the restaurant, both were delicious, and service was excellent. The gym downstairs was an added bonus.

Located on the city square of Krásná Lípa in the Bohemian Switzerland region, the Aparthotel Lípa offers accommodation in the Lípa Resort Venue with free WiFi and onsite parking. This aparthotel is fantastic. Modern, centric located and well-designed. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a bigger apartment, but I believe that even with the 1-bed room apartment it would have been great. The apartments are super. At the arrival, the two people in the reception gave an extremely nice welcome (felt very nice after a long trip). Also, they are very service-minded people with a very positive and nice attitude. They even offered a free welcome drink etc. in the reception. We had both breakfast and dinner included and both were great. Especially the breakfast is outstanding. Feels better than many 5-star hotels. The apartment in general is very big and next time I would like to stay for a longer time. I recommend this place 100%.

Garsoniera Dukla is the ideal, spacious and well-maintained accommodation for those who appreciate attention to detail. The owner, has thought of everything to make his guests feel right at home. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We particularly enjoyed the immaculate cleanliness and equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to the restaurants and city centre. The public transport was also a convenient option. We would highly recommend this unique place for an overnight visit or an extended holiday stay. We will be back again soon.

Fantastic location! The interior is small, but very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was cute and cosy with comfortable beds. Simple but good breakfasts. There is a modern restaurant downstairs that serves Czech food, with a pleasant open patio right next to the creek. The staff of the property was absolutely amazing - friendly and always ready to help. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay most enyoable. Many thanks! :)

The property is in an old building, but when you enter inside you will realize that the apartment is newly renovated with nice furnitures, well lit room, very spacious livig area and kitchen. This place is just 3 mins walk from the city center. Overall it was excellent stay.
