Gave advice on best ferries to take from Santa Cruz. They understand tourists needs, know how to provide service and are great at it. The location is a 10 minute walk from town. I rated location as excellent as Ecuadorian towns can be noisy in central areas and this tiny walk afforded best sleep in weeks. An escape.

Met us at ferry to take us to hotel. Walked with us around the town to show us good places to eat and how to find our way back to hotel. Good breakfast.

Loved being close enough to walk to Perla de Concha and the beach by the dock where the penguins hang out. The service was impeccable and staff were available to help organize tours on last minute notice. They allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate the ferry times. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

Rooms at Cormorant Beach House boast panoramic views of the sea. Breakfast is daily served. Absolutely everything!!! Such a beautiful location, literally right on the beach. Staff so accommodating. Breakfast marvellous. Simply loved relaxing and enjoying Isabela. Lots of great bars and places to eat very close. We also took a ‘Tuneles’ boat/ snorkelling tour that front desk recommended and it was brilliant. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

General Villamil Airport is 2 km from the property. Excellent spot just on the edge of town but still so close to everything. It was super clean and the room we got was such a lovely big room at such good value for money. Lastly, Joel and his family were lovely hosts, really willing to help and make things nice for us and help us save money!
