Quiet. Host was excellent. Helped with tour bookings, allowed us to leave bags late on checkout day awaiting afternoon flight, organized taxi to airport. Gave advice on best ferries to take from Santa Cruz. They understand tourists needs, know how to provide service and are great at it. The location is a 10 minute walk from town. I rated location as excellent as Ecuadorian towns can be noisy in central areas and this tiny walk afforded best sleep in weeks. An escape.

Jackson is absolutely the best host. He helped us sort out the best tours on Isabela and even walked us around the town to show us great places to eat and shop.

Situated in Puerto Villamil, The Isabela Beach House provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. Very friendly hotel with everything else you are there for (the view, service etc.)

Also you can refill your water bottles for free.

Right in front of Puerto Villamil beach, Cormorant Beach House offers rooms with sea views. The town centre is 100 metres away. Rooms at Cormorant Beach House boast panoramic views of the sea. Absolutely everything!!! Such a beautiful location, literally right on the beach. Staff so accommodating. Breakfast marvellous. Simply loved relaxing and enjoying Isabela. Lots of great bars and places to eat very close. We also took a ‘Tuneles’ boat/ snorkelling tour that front desk recommended and it was brilliant. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

It is a lovely place with lagoon view to see flamingos. Spacious room to hold a big family. Olga and Melina are super nice. Olga gave us a welcome breakfast upon arrival and Melina helped out on booking day tour and getting taxi for us.

You shouldn’t miss out on this place : it is absolutely perfect! The location is stunning and the backyard on the beach makes you never wanna leave. I highly recommend you organized all of your stay through the hosts, Elena and Esteban, has they took very good care of everything! From the ferry, to the transfer, to the excursions, everything was smooth and effortless! All the tours were +++ and Esteban’s recommandation to switch tour on the Sierra Negra was the best decision of our life. Be sure to ask about it and don’t hesitate to try it! It is still pretty much a secret spot and we were absolutely alone in the crater when we visited! From Quebec, thanks again Elena and Esteban for making our stay so special!
