The place was clean, quite, on the first floor with nice terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. There is AC which helped a lot during hot days. Shower with all essentials - even toothbrush! I think its very thoughtful of the host to leave some nice things for guests to use such as coffee, sugar, tea or salt. Really enjoyed our stay!

I've stayed in a number of small apartments in Tartu due to my studies and this is one of my favourites so far. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, compact but big enough. The location is great. The building seems quiet, I didn't hear any noise. There's a window that opens to the wall of a neighbouring house not too far away--thank you modern city architecture. The good thing is that nobody can see inside even with curtains open! There is a bowl of sweets on the table; I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing; I probably ate too many. The couch-bed is comfortable and practical in a small space. I couldn't ask for more.

Good location, 8-10min walk to town square. Spacious, clean, you have everything you need in the apartment, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, good bathroom, comfortable bed. Smoothly arrival advice, easy check in, the free parking besides the building is a very good advantage for travelers with cars. The host does a good job, I have no hesitation to recommend the apartment.
