We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the stunning view of Pyramids. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and make recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The mega + was they even offered us our last night in their remaining available room as we had an early flight in the morning and were waiting in the lobby with our luggages. We highly recommend the Khan Duidar Hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. We look forward to our next stay at this magnificent hotel.
