We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Khan Duidar Hotel, and we must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful ambiance. The rooms were clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could need. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the stunning view of Pyramids. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and make recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The mega + was they even offered us our last night in their remaining available room as we had an early flight in the morning and were waiting in the lobby with our luggages. We highly recommend the Khan Duidar Hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. We look forward to our next stay at this magnificent hotel.

The owner Dr Hossam. Is the kindest man we have encountered while in Egypt. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable staying at this apartment in New Cairo. He sent his driver to pick us up from the airport, dropped us back to the airport after the stay. All free of charge. Also, due to our flight arriving early in the morning at 7am and our room not being available until 3pm. He offered us another apartment free of charge for us to go and stay in until our booked apartment was ready. The level of hospitality of this man is amazing. And his staff really respect him by doing an incredible job by the way they treat and serve you. Mr Usama, Mahmoud and Ahmed. They were all very great to us. And we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Cairo. Thank you very much!
