The lady does not speak English but is an expert with Google Translate. She worked with us to advise and to inform us about the area. Gave us an excellent recommendation to visit Troyes which we did and enjoyed it. It is an interesting property in a renovated farm house. Very small village with not much happening for tourists. Local bar was friendly but again no English.

Believe the reviews…everything as advertised as Fabian and Taina exceeded all expectations by providing an outstanding apartment to call home as we explored the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Champagne region! Location smack in between Reims and Epernay could not be better; and fantastic artisanal bakery around the corner and a Lidl just a bit further could not be more convenient. I’m in the hotel business as an Ops manager for almost 1,200 rooms and the quality, cleanliness, and every attention to detail in the apartment is second to none; our Housekeeping staff could easily use this as an example of a gold standard. When you’re on vacation and you find a place that makes you think, “I could live here!”, that means you found a winner…this is definitely a winner! Unfortunately, “Summer” is booked this weekend, but we’ll be staying next door in “Autumn” and look forward to another positive experience!

A recently renovated apartment located in Charmont-sous-Barbuise, Studiolo des Sources features a garden. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 22 km from Espace Argence. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This place is absolutely amazing, the owners have done a fantastic job! We have stayed in several barn conversions but none have been as beautiful and perfect as this one! We would definitely stay there again!
