Yuna Porte-Maillot made our stay in Paris truly enjoyable. They accommodated our early check-in and had our room ready by 1 PM, which was a great start. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the night staff was especially attentive. Facilities like Gym and Laundry is in Level -1 and has detergent provided. The basket breakfast was more than enough, and I really appreciated that they accommodated my request to swap baguette bread for croissants. Since we had an early checkout, they even prepared a breakfast bag for us, which was a thoughtful touch. Traveling as a family of four with two kids, we found the apartment spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything from the beginning was amazing, friendly staff gave us a key to locker to leave our stuff, cause our room wasn't ready yet. We got two welcoming and we met amazing staff member from Ukraine - Dasha. She was so helpful and nice. Deffinetly recommend this place and will come again! P.S. terrace and cowering amazing!!!

They recommended us restaurants, nice walks and looked after our luggage even after we checked out. The location is very central, with nice areas within walking distance. The hotel is new with beautiful decoration and attention to details (aircon, USB plugs, etc...). Highly recommended

Tọa lạc tại trung tâm thành phố Paris, Résidence Charles Floquet nằm cách Tháp Eiffel 50 m và cách Bảo tàng Quân đội 20 phút đi bộ. Excellent location with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from the lounge and dining rooms. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tour gardens. Quick easy walk to the main streets which had a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff were extremely helpful, the gentleman at Reception provided us an adaptor plug for France as we had forgotten ours.

Location, close to Disney shops & mall Large property great for a large family or group, lovely views and huge indoor & outdoor space, very comfortable beds Host super helpful! Overall a great experience & would highly recommend to others and stay again.

A nice, cosy apartment—clean and comfortable. Communication was clear and straightforward. The facilities were excellent for a short city break and would be equally convenient for a longer stay. Overall, highly recommended!
