Eugene and I cannot thank Stephane and Gaultier enough for their kindness, hospitality and superb accommodation. It was like being greeted by your favourite friends after a long journey. The attention to detail in comfort and design was exceptional . A perfect marriage between French finesse and contemporary class with a generous helping of creative personality. The heated pool welcomed us on arrival with a cold glass of wine and beer. The restaurant reservation overlooking the Loire with a hot air balloon ascending was magical . We slept on a cloud of linen with a superb breakfast selection of local and homemade fayre but then discovered the car air conditioning wasn't working so Stephan introduced us to a wonderful mechanic who took all the panic out of our next 5 hour journey as the heat rose to 37 degrees. A fantastic start to our adventures in France after a longggggg time .

Au p'tit logis montlouisien ligger i Montlouis-sur-Loire, 9,2 km fra Saint-Pierre-des-Corps Station og 11 km fra Le Vinci-Palais Des Congrès de Tours. Her er gratis wi-fi og et fladskærms-tv. Pre-travel communication was excellent. Philippe was welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was cosy, extremely clean, well appointed, secure and perfect for an overnight stay. Highly recommended.

Château de la Huberdière ligger i Nazelles og tilbyder indkvartering med sæsonåben udendørs pool, gratis wi-fi, en have og en terrasse. Utroligt charmerende sted. Både lokation og omgivelser var helt i top! De to ejere er simpelthen fantastiske. De er hjælpsomme og formår bare at sprede glæde omkring sig. Morgenmaden er top klasse og utrolig hyggelig. Vi spiste aftensmad på terrassen en enkelt aften. En utrolig hyggelig oplevelse og virkelig velsmagende menu. Det kan virkelig anbefales! Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, og vi ville ønske, at vi havde booket nogle flere dage ☺️

Studio Amboise centre historique ligger i Amboise. Her er en have, gratis wi-fi og udsigt til en have. Denne lejlighed ligger 18 km fra Chateau de Chaumont sur Loire og 19 km fra Château de... The host was incredibly thoughtful and sent us a detailed message (with photos!) explaining how to find the keys, it made everything so much easier. The apartment is in the city center, but it was surprisingly quiet. We slept with the windows open, and the courtyard is secured with a locked gate, which made us feel safe. The building itself is old and full of character, while the studio has a modern interior and all the essentials. We stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable and at home.

It was a lovely place to stay. It is out in the country a bit, with nice grounds and easy parking. The owner and her daughter always went out of their way to exceed our expectations. For example when we ordered some wine, they made us a picnic outside to enjoy it. The daughter speaks English.

Jacuzzi et Vue sur Loire - Maison d'hôtes L'Odyssée ligger i La Chapelle-sur-Loire og har gratis wi-fi. Gæsterne kan nyde godt af en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse. The home is very beautiful and the hosts were the best! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, while also giving us our privacy. We had a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view of the river and a very comfortable bed. We awoke to a delicious breakfast of fresh chocolate croissants, bread and apple juice all purchased by the host before we woke up. We also had delicious honey harvested by their neighbor as well as several homemade jams.They live in a darling small town with several restaurants and a gorgeous church. It was all PERFECT!!! I forgot to add that there is a beautiful rooftop jacuzzi!!!

Le Relais des Fontaines was perfectly located for an overnight stop on my long drive home to England from near Bergerac in my 58-year-old classic car. Sandrine and Thierry made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, and there was also a large lounge, dining area and kitchen available to me. They were able to recommend a restaurant in the village for my evening meal and this was also very good indeed. Next morning an excellent breakfast was served. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

We were able to park our bikes in the garden. It feels like you are in the countryside surrounded by gardens and farmland.
