The whole location and property is superb and fantastic for families. The host obviously pays a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the property and does a fantastic job. We left a toothbrush and the host was extremely kind and sent it back and refused any compensation for it. Benllech is beautiful and the property is close to pubs, shops and the beach. You wont want for a more accommodating host. We will definitely be back during the summer. Thanks Luke, excellent host!

Check-in was effortless and breakfast quality/service was outstanding. Kettle, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room were very nice to have on arrival after a full day of hiking in misty weather.

The lodge used to be an old mill that was converted. It sits on top of a pond and a gurgling brook - a peaceful setting away from the noise of the city. What looks like an old and quiant cottage from the outside has been meticulously renovated and looks like a top notch modern accommodation from the inside. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large TV. The bedroom is downstairs, and so is the bathroom. Everything is super comfortable and well thought out.

We spent here a week during our longer stay on Anglesey. The 2 of us (an elderly pair) absolutely loved the appartment. It offered all we needed for our self catering and trips to the island. We appreciated the possibility to safely park in front of the appartment. In a few colder and wet days we used additional heating, which was superb. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well in the bedroom (streaming OK), a little bit weaker signal in the living room was no problem. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not miss a single item. The location was perfect - we aimed our trips (birdwatching and wild orchids searching) to the northern and western part of the island (Cemlyn, Cemais, South and North Stack, Aberffraw and Newborrough beaches) and all places were accessible within up to 35 minutes. Thanks to the nearby highway we would have also had an easy way to the inland if we needed. Jane, the owner, was very kind and helpful. We really regreted we could not stay longer and would love to come back.
