We stayed here for 9 nights and really enjoyed it! Check-in was easy — we got the entrance code by message the day before and had no issues entering. the building. We communicated with staff via Whats app, they were very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with opening door for the room and staff helped immidiately via whats app, so it was sorted quickly. We were also lucky to have early check in! Staff messaged us when the room was ready so we could enter early. Our room on the second floor was clean, nicely designed (just like in the photos), and the bed was very comfortable with large blanckets. The windows blocked out noise well, but you can also open them a bit for fresh air. The location is fantastic — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that there’s no luggage storage on-site, but you can leave your bags at a nearby hotel (2-minute walk), which is not too much hassle. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return and definitely recommend!

Just around the corner from Russell Square underground station. Super easy to find in an amazing neighborhood. We were happily and warmly greeted by John who showed us around the property. The room was perfect! Warm and cozy. Little fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare your own meals! There's a laundry room where all you need to have is detergent/pods and you are good to go! Everything was brand new and it looked like the the whole place had recently been remodeled. I believe we could not have asked for more!

Helpful, friendly and I wish I could have stayed longer. Bus into town and back very close. Good sized rooms and kitchen facilities are always welcome.

Located less than 1 km from Natural History Museum in London, City Prime Apartments provides accommodation with air conditioning and free WiFi. Great location, close to the tube (Piccadilly line). The staff is very polite and helpful. We liked the apartment, it was nicely decorated and had air conditioning. Everything was clean. The kitchen area was well equipped. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We will definitely book here again.

Located in City of London, Marlyn Lodge Serviced Apartments is 600 metres from Tower of London. Tower Bridge is 700 metres away. Excellent transport links with DLR / River Bus & Bus within 600 meters.... Apartment is clean , as local cleaner cleans it on a daily basis including toilet paper refill and towels replacement upon your request. Great kitchen with everything you need - stove , microwave , big refrigerator , toaster and plenty of various dishes. Disposable small bags of sault ,pepper, milk ,sugar coffee and tea .Whiskey , wine and champagne glasses. Big TV , air conditioner and heater , safe. Quiet and safe area. Apartment located between 2 subway stations and close to the bus station - 5 min walking. Also it is 5 minutes away from the Tower and Tower bridge. Tesco express is down the corner.

Everything was great , Sandy is a very nice welcoming person . The accommodation is very peaceful, quiet, very clean and well equipped. Very easy to find it and 30min walk from Lewisham train station ( lots of shops on the way ) which was quick for us.

Brian and Sue were LOVELY, their little animals are also amazing and adorable! I would not hesitate to book here again, very easy to get into central London and they were very welcoming plus the room and bed were so clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone but especially solo travellers, I felt extremely safe.
