Very comfortable. Really quiet area. Eventhough I didn't cook, the kitchen literally has everything you would need. Tea/coffee, pastries and cereals for breakfast. Bus stop was a few minutes walk away. Landlady responded quickly to all my questions. Even allowed me to check out later with no extra charge.
