The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and the addition of a small kitchen with a full-size fridge is a great bonus, especially in the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

The location is perfect and within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was cleaned every two days and I never found it to be intrusive. With a little one running around having a kitchen was a godsend.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. Everything was great. Would definitely choose this property over others: it's clean, modern, functional, In a quiet st... etc My only suggestion is....Something to block the doors open as it is a bit annoying to not be able to keep the door open between the bathroom area and the bedroom

Very modern, very new and really high quality furnishings. The shower was unbelievably amazing! It was very spacious, central heating, very well-equipped with a fully functional modern kitchen, laundry room, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 ensuites and the 3rd room had it's access to their own bathroom. We had a lovely time with the family playing games and it was lovely to come back home to nice comfortable beds after a long day of exploring. 15 mins from the city and we loved it because we enjoy walking.
