Everything was wonderful. Beautiful and spacious room where I was so at home, as well as more space to relax. Hosts were wonderfully kind and welcoming and answered any questions. I would unhesitatingly go back whenever I went to Orkney. Oh and delicious scones.

The location was perfect (we went hoping to glimpse the Northern Lights but rain won that battle). It was starkly isolated as you would hope a property in Orkney would be but spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The sunset from the deck was spectacular (pre-rain) and we left regretting that we only had the one night. It definitely felt like "home on the road". Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Very nicely decorated and well equipped little house right in the center of Kirkwall that felt like a home from home. I had my choice of the two bedrooms and opted for the back bedroom which was wonderfully quiet with a comfy bed and choice of pillows. The welcome basket was very generous and the price for two nights was very reasonable. It is surrounded by shops and coffee places. I fully recommend this to anyone as a great option to a hotel.

The property is non-smoking and is set 6.5 km from Standing Stones of Stenness. Great compact apartment. Everything was very clean and convenient, and well supplied. The location was very good for both the neolithic sites and Kirkwall. There is a good supermarket in Kirkwall (10 minutes by car). There are some nice walks for the evening, and the parking is easy. The Wifi worked well, and the washer is modern and easy to use. This was a good break from B&B allowing us to eat more lightly and save some money.
