Found in an Edwardian building formerly home to the Anchor Line Shipping Company’s headquarters, this city centre aparthotel is inspired by a 1920s ocean liner. The hotel itself is stunning, a white building that seems to glow amongst its sandstone neighbours. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I stayed in a deluxe one bedroom apartment which was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Excellent amenities in the room including a washer/dryer for clothes, dishwasher, full kitchen, separate dining room and fantastic water pressure in the shower. I had a beautiful view as well, and the location was superb- walkable absolutely everywhere- 6 minutes to Glasgow Central train station, Queen Street Station is about 2 min around the corner and it's a 10 min walk to Buchannan Bus Station which is where most tours into the lochs and highlands depart from. Unbelievably convenient for dining as well, with the Anchor Line, the Atlantic, the Citizen and Wetherspoons on either side of the hotel and Gregg's- a Scottish institution- directly across the street for sausage rolls. Would absolutely stay here again, it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

O Destiny Scotland - Distillers House oferece acomodações auto-suficientes num edifício de época na área de West End, em Edimburgo. Tudo foi excecional. O apartamento era bem maior do que estava à espera. Tudo bastante limpo e com uma decoração acolhedora. A cozinha estava muito bem equipada, o que nos permitiu cozinhar refeições leves. O quarto com closet foi uma agradável surpresa. Casa de banho muito espaçosa e duche extra grande. Sistema de aquecimento impecável. Adorei o sistema de entrada e saída. Enviaram o código por email e quando cheguei só tive que introduzir para abrir as portas. Super prático e sem necessidade de esperar por alguém para abrir a porta. Útil também para quem é mais despistado e costuma perder chaves com frequência. Com o código não ha esse problema.

So incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home. The breakfast exceeded expectations. So much food and lots of options. I really loved the porridge. Great location in Aberfeldy with everything on your doorstep or a short walk away. Charming hotel with everything clean and new.

Auchendennan FarmSelf Catering Cottages offers a beautiful setting in Arden, a short walk from the shores of Loch Lomond and only 2 miles from Balloch. Great location close to the Loch, beautiful farm setting and spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.
