You cannot say it's a hotel, but it's even better than a five star hotel! Their whole family lives in the house with a great garden. It locates on the top of the mountain with the view over the whole city. The room is super super super clean because it's their own house, and i think it's just finished new modifications.The host has his other occupation, so he's having this guesthouse with two rooms on second floor to welcome guests and meet more people. We talked a lot about our countries and other topics and exchanged gifts. I don't know if I'm gonna be in this country in the future but hopefully we can meet again someday!

I loved her paintings and her daughter's paintings around the place as well, Mari's wonderful hospitality made me feel like I was at home ✨

It was clean, there was kettle to make some tea, warm blankets. The owner even gave us homemade wine to taste. One of best experience in Georgia, and we've been in lots of hotels.

They took the effort to arrange our airport transfer then met us to explain the how to’s in their apartment, which by the way has a very modern design. The apartment was clean and had enough space for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided, including Netflix. The location was at the center of the city, and everything was just walking distance. Finally, they arranged our transfer to our hotel in Tbilisi.

Great place for a great price - really big, clean and comfortable. Great beds! Contact with the host was super easy. Although the place is next to train lines we didn't hear any so they weren't a problem

Bookinist Apartment se află la aproximativ 6 minute de mers pe jos de Fântâna Colchis și include vedere la râu, un balcon și un ibric electric. Very spacious, enough room for everyone. Clean, cozy. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, kitchen has everything you need. stunning view from the terrace window!!! Location is central, but at the same time very peaceful, quiet at night. The host was always in touch :)
