B&B Old Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi city centre, within a 5-minute walk from the Presidential Palace and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. We had 6 different stays in Georgia during our road trip, and this hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows! We had parking in front of hotel, on the street. Breakfast was good, not the best we had, but not bad at all. Location of hotel (compared to price) is excellent.

Our host was amazing, he is friendly and trying to help us in everything. The room is clean and very beautiful. Location is 5 minutes walk to Liberty Square, perfect! Hotel is in general clean, very good designed and people are friendly.

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and super cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need – from basic dishes to a toaster and more. The dining area was really nice, with a couch and a big table that’s great for both eating and working. The heating system was adjustable, which made it even more comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The owner was the nicest person – so helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location couldn’t be better either – just a 1-minute walk from Stamba and 2 minutes from Rustaveli subway station. If you see this place available, don’t hesitate – BOOK it! You won’t regret it.

It has all the necessary things and the lady is very friendly and wants to make sure you are comfortable. Very good option for the price, very central too.

The apartment is located at the foot of Narikala Fortress. My favorite part of the apartment was the balcony where you can see people walking by, the line of sulfur bathhouses, and beautiful old houses on the hills. It was such a beautiful scenery! Thank you for your warm hospitality, Mr. George! My friends and I would definitely come back your gorgeous apartment when we visit Georgia again!

We arrived on a very rainy day and although we didn't ask for it, he offered to pick us up at the Mashrutka stop which spared us the inconvenience of looking for a bus connection and walking in the rain. Thank you so much, didi madloba! The apartment is in a very historic area that is not too touristy (yet) and we loved it. When we come back to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay with him the entire time!
