B&B Old Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi city centre, within a 5-minute walk from the Presidential Palace and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. Great host, rooms were neat and clean, all the room related facilities were functional like electric kettle, room heater, geysar. The location of the accommodation is perfect. It is near to the exciting places. Very hospitable and humble staff. Only the view from the room could have been better but overall I will give this accommodation 10 out of 10. I completely loved it. I can recommend B&B Old Tiblisi to anyone who wants to visit Georgia.

We arrived on a very rainy day and although we didn't ask for it, he offered to pick us up at the Mashrutka stop which spared us the inconvenience of looking for a bus connection and walking in the rain. Thank you so much, didi madloba! The apartment is in a very historic area that is not too touristy (yet) and we loved it. When we come back to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay with him the entire time!
