B&B Old Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi city centre, within a 5-minute walk from the Presidential Palace and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. The owners were so nice and kind. They made us feel like home. We could communicate in Turkish, which is really a blessing.

If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

We had an amazing family stay at this beautiful apart hotel in Tbilisi. The apartment was modern, spacious and absolutely spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet green location close to the center was perfect for both relaxing and exploring. There are small shops and an authentic Georgian restaurant nearby, all within walking distance. The courtyard is full of flowers and has a peaceful fountain with fish that our child loved. The hosts were truly wonderful, they welcomed us warmly and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for. The atmosphere was calm, clean and family-friendly. We will definitely return to this place again. Thank you so much!
