Just 150 metres from the beach of Alykes, Demi Studios offers a garden, sun terrace and free WiFi. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a 5-minute walk. Lovely place to spend your holiday. Tranquility and silence are assured. The staff is kind and available. We had a room with a great view of the sea and the hills. The balcony is big enough for dinner or just chill with the sunset. The room itself is simple but large and comfortable. The location is perfect for the main beaches of the island, especially Alikes which could be reached by foot. The complex has private parking (some covered parking) and showers outside. Despite the fact that we stayed there for just 3 days, we could recommend the stay to be longer!

The location was excellent, the room comfortable and well equipped (the kitchenette was stocked with a kettle, a sandwich maker, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the owner and staff were welcoming and helpful.

Nice decoration in the rooms, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. There is also access to a small library that you can borrow books to read on the beach. In just two minutes' walk, there is a small beach, perfectly good for a morning swim.

We had everything we need it at the facility. The owners were great, always asking us what we need and if everything was ok. We didn't have any problems. I strongly recomend to families with children.
