The property is soundproof and is set 37 km from Mainalo. The apartment building was easy to find via Google maps. It is in a good location, just a15-minute walk from centre of town but in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and with a small supermarket nearby. There is street parking just outside the building. You have to call the host (who is friendly and helpful) to come and let you in. The apartment is just as illustrated in the photos. It’s a decent size, well laid-out and has pleasant décor. There is a good-sized corner balcony with a table and chairs. The hosts had kindly provided sliced bread, ham and cheese, mini butters and condensed milk, two small waters, lemonade and orangeade in the fridge, as well as two croissants, three muffins, four cookies, plenty of strawberry and apricot marmalades, honeys and toasts, as well as filter and Greek coffee, teabags and sugar. There were also two small bottles of tsipouro and a generous portion of mixed nuts. The bathroom had mini soaps, a liquid soap dispenser, mini shampoos, shower gels and body lotion. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. The A/C worked well for heat, the TV has Netflix, and the wifi also worked fine. Hot water is from an electric water heater, and there is good water pressure in the shower.

The guest house has family rooms. Mrs Eleni was very hospitable and an excellent hostess. She gave us very helpful information about the area, what to visit and where to eat. The rooms were very clean spacious and traditionally decorated, situated in the middle of the village. Definitely I recommend 100% XENONAS ORIZONTES and I will visit them again.
