The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

For me, everything about this property was perfect. Collected from Bus Station on arrival, taken there on return. Everything very clean. Plenty of hot water, good shower strength. Close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach. Outside relaxation tables/chairs.

This place is a real gem! We LOVED everything there. I'd give 15 starts if I could and not only 10. Hosts were absolutely great! They helped with everything we asked for! The pool, the beach, the breakfast... We could not ask for more! We are definitely coming back!

I recently stayed at this accommodation with my family and we were thoroughly impressed. We had a one-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly modern and well-equipped, including a small kitchen that had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better—just a 2-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes from the beach. What truly stood out was the cleanliness. The room was cleaned daily, with towels and bed linens being changed as well. The housekeeping staff put in a lot of effort to ensure that the apartment remained spotless, making our stay extremely comfortable. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A 3 minutos a pé de Praia de Portarias, em Nea Moudania, Nafsika Suites fornece acomodações com ar condicionado e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. We’re a British couple who stayed here for a week by the sea, and it truly was perfect. The décor is beautiful, and the fixtures and fittings are incredible — you can really see how much time and effort has gone into making this place so special. It’s also very quiet, with thick walls, so we couldn’t hear the neighbours at all. The location is fantastic — so close to the beach, with a wonderful restaurant called Akti just a 10-minute walk away (head towards the beach and turn right). We also enjoyed the beach bar Donkey. Our host was the most welcoming and accommodating we’ve ever met — we had goodies on arrival including wine, and halfway through the week they surprised us with delicious Greek pastries. Inside, the kitchen facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. There’s even a BBQ (we didn’t use it, but it looked excellent). This place is so quaint and perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
