We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was. We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach. Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!

Our stay at this recently refurbished "farmhouse" was exceptional! Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that once at the house we were away from the fuss and buzz of the town and we could wake up to a calm and relaxing setup. Even though we were away from the town centre, given the size of the island, we could reach any destination easily and within minutes. Our next door neighbour, a friendly donkey, was the icing on the cake!

All new, clean, nicely rinovated, Two large rooms, a nice living room with kitchen and a wonderful patio where to eat and relax. The garden is very, very nice with a lot of different plants. We loved the jasmine and its scent! The place is at walking distance from the village and it allows to fully deep dive in Lipsi relaxing countryside atmosphere.
