While we initially had a small hiccup with a room downgrade (due to an unavoidable issue with our reserved room), the way the situation was handled turned our frustration into pure delight. We were so impressed and happy with the remedy offered. The entire staff, without exception, was absolutely incredible. From the friendly reception team (all of them) to the diligent cleaning crew, the cheerful breakfast staff, and the top-notch management. Every member made us feel welcome and valued. As for the facility and room, the hotel appears to be newly renovated throughout, featuring a nice modern touch. The whole hotel, including our room, was absolutely spotless. The beds were super comfy, room size was spacious, all in all, the physical space was perfect. We left with a stellar impression and highly recommend this hotel! The service here is nothing short of exemplary. Looking forward to going back.

The location isn't very charming, but not the worst either - I've felt safe there.

Location was very convenient. The only issue is parking was hard to find. The room had everything we needed, comfortable beds, hot water and a complementary bottle of spring water in the fridge.
