Two minutes from the beach by walk, 30 sec. from the nearest shop, a pharmacy downstairs, a sushi bar opposite the street, less than 10 min. to the shopping district and taverns, less than 15 min. to the Aegean University, and less than 20 min. to the harbor. Third: the communication before checking in. The owner, Mixalis, responds in minutes, being really helpful. Fourth: the apartment itself. You have everything needed for a short- or long-term stay, e.g., an excellent internet connection, a laundry machine, two covered balconies (so you don't have to worry if it rains while your washed clothes are outside), stoves, a fridge, utensils, an electric kettle, a nice bathroom with 24 hours of hot water, etc. The space is optimally organized and may accommodate not just a single traveller but a whole family of up to 4 people. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THE OWNER; YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

Incredible facilities, clean room, 15 minute walk into town and bus stop near by. Wine, coffee, tea and water was complimentary upon arrival, nice touch, and room is cleaned every day. The host was amazing, very attentive and willing to go above and beyond with local recommendations. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Very helpful and easily accessible. Our room was beautiful, well stocked, and comfortable. The location was perfect: convenient and easy to find/get to. We loved our stay here. Bonus for the ladies: the hair dryer was exceptional!

The location is great for early flights, a walk away from the airport. The place is beautiful! We loved the tasteful design, spotless and comfortable. Lastly, the hosts are great, helped us check in earlier than usual due to the schedule of our flight. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well-equipped, Andreas was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. The location was excellent, close to a bakery where it was easy to get bread and other items for breakfast. There was private parking for the car, and luggage storage was available. Each room had its own air conditioning unit. The apartment also included a lovely welcome gift. Highly recommended—a great place to stay near Rhodes city!
