Getting to the hotel from the port by taxi is quite easy (10€ as of July 2025). Walking during the summer wouldn’t be a very sensible choice. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was completed very quickly. The property owner is incredibly attentive and helpful, sincerely answering all your questions. I had asked for a restaurant recommendation, and since he couldn’t send it via message, she kindly printed it out and left it at our door — such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is perfect. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the sea, and just as close to great places to eat. The hotel and rooms are designed with a very clean and thoughtful aesthetic. Every detail has been carefully considered. Each room has a minibar, and all drinks inside — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — are complimentary. If we ever have the chance to visit Rhodes again, staying anywhere else wouldn’t even cross my mind. This is definitely the right place to enjoy the island.

I’d like to start thanking Mixalis for his hospitality, sincerity and all the recommendations that he has given during my stay. The apartment has everything you need for a solo traveller or a couple. You will get exactly the same in the pictures. There’s a kitchen with an electric stove, a toaster, mini fridge, cutleries. Mixalis even offers this delicious olive oil which is a product of his own olives! There is also a bottle of wine in the fridge. The location of the apartment is 10-15 minutes to the Old Town which is a good thing if you want to avoid all the noise. There are very good restaurants, cafes, rental car shops near the apartment. There’s only one thing that can be improved which is the window and the doors to the balconies do not have a mosquito net. So some nights I had a hard time to sleep because of the mosquitoes, but when I close all the windows and opened the A/C, the temperature of the apartment was ideal and I ignored all the mosquitoes and noises from outside. This is a small thing that can be overlooked. Other than that, everything was so good. If I ever come to Rhodes (I’ll definitely), I’ll stay in Primordial Apartments without a second thought. Right in the center yet quiet. Cozy and comfortable, and the host was fantastic - very helpful and kind. Extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Was very clean, close to the center but far enough of the noise. The pool is big and amazing, also has jacuzzi jets which was awesome! The landlord is very welcoming and nice, strives to do everything to make your stay memorable!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice view at the sea. I stayed at the ground floor where each room has direct access to private pool. Then I extended my stay and moved to only available room on the first floor. This room had a beautiful view at the bay. The rooms look quite new with a cool design and bathrooms are spacious and practical. Hosts were very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back here. A really nice and relatively secluded beach is 2 min walk from the property.

The apartments are located very conveniently close to the marina and old town. All facilities are spotless and very modern. In the apartment you can find everything you need and shutters on the windows are a blessing. The staff is very nice and super helpful. You probably expect me to write this but from all the times I use this designation this time is the most accurate. Seriously, thank you Mike for your help and advice. You ate the star of Sun city apartments.
